Qualifications

Role Description

Seasoned technical project manager proficient in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience using project management tools such as Jira and Rally to plan, track, and report on project progress effectively.

Experience and Domain

• Experience (Years): 8-10
• 4 years experience in the financial industry (Credit Card Domain a bonus).
• Knowledge of platform delivery methodology (Agile, incl Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and roll outs
• Knowledge of Credit Card servicing and fraud systems, experience enabling seamless integration and alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
• Executive dashboards summarization and presentations
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying risks, mitigating issues, and implementing innovative solutions to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

Responsibilities

Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
