You will ensure the seamless integration of our carbon capture technology into customer operations, delivering exceptional support and technical expertise from pre-contract phase through implementation and beyond. Working closely with the Project Development Team and the Global Strategy & Solutions Team, you will provide project oversight, align with EPC partners and progress the deployment to drive success and adoption of our DAC solutions.

You will report directly to the VP Project Development and act as a trusted advisor, technical expert, and go-to person ensuring customers maximize the value of Skytree's technology while fostering strong, long-term relationships.

YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY

  • Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical expert on Skytree’s DAC Parks, articulating their capabilities and value to customers and partners.

  • Customer Success Management: Guide customers from pre-sales to implementation, providing project oversight and ongoing professional support to maximize customer satisfaction and expansion.

  • Site Qualification & Installation: Lead site assessments, prepare site specifications, and oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of Skytree systems.

  • Customer Feedback: Collect and relay market and customer feedback to the Engineering and Product teams for continuous product improvement.

  • Monitoring & Services Activation: Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure customers are onboarded into Skytree’s monitoring, alerting, and maintenance systems to deliver proactive, ongoing support.

  • Stakeholder Management: Foster trust and collaboration among customers, internal teams, and external EPC contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, solution engineering and customer success, ideally within industrial hardware or climate tech sectors.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Proven ability to present and apply technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience with hardware deployment and integration into industrial environments is a strong plus.

  • Exceptional ability to build trust with customers, explain technical solutions clearly, and align with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience planning, coordinating, and executing customer projects (knowledge of MS Projects, Jira, or similar tools is a plus).

  • Ability to be flexible and develop innovative solutions in dynamic and changing environments.

  • A genuine team player with strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience.

  • Willingness to travel across North America, with occasional trips to Europe.

  • You are already based in Canada, within commuting distance to Toronto.

  • Fluency in English (French is a bonus).

Apart from working with great colleagues and a competitive package, you can also expect these additional benefits:

  • An opportunity for professional and personal growth in one of the most innovative climate tech start-ups globally!

  • A diverse and international team

  • A competitive salary aligned with the market, with annual compensation reviews

  • 25 vacation days per year, with additional special leave days for life events :-)
