Reporting to the Technical Product Support Manager, the Technical Product Support Specialist will provide world-class support to customers regarding UV water treatment products, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction while meeting departmental KPIs.

This role is based in Guelph, ON, Canada, and is on-site.

We value flexible work arrangements. This position is eligible for a hybrid work setup, combining part-time on-site work with remote work. Details will be provided during the interview process.

Typical daily responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-level technical solutions for UV water treatment products, including installation, operation, and maintenance, with a strong understanding of water solutions and products.

  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure requests are handled effectively.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues using diagnostic tools and procedures.

  • Collaborating with Sales and Channel Partners to support strategies and customer satisfaction.

  • Adapting approaches flexibly to solve problems without compromising outcomes.

  • Assessing and processing warranty claims for distributors.

Minimum requirements include:

  • At least 2+ years of customer-facing experience

  • Ability to manage high call/email volumes and multiple priorities

  • Strong communication skills

  • A passion for customer service, ownership, and resolution

  • Good collaboration skills with internal and external teams

  • CRM experience (preferred)

  • Engineering or water quality experience (preferred)
