Reporting to the Technical Product Support Manager, the Technical Product Support Specialist will provide world-class support to customers regarding UV water treatment products, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction while meeting departmental KPIs.
This role is based in Guelph, ON, Canada, and is on-site.
We value flexible work arrangements. This position is eligible for a hybrid work setup, combining part-time on-site work with remote work. Details will be provided during the interview process.
Typical daily responsibilities include:
Providing first-level technical solutions for UV water treatment products, including installation, operation, and maintenance, with a strong understanding of water solutions and products.
Coordinating with various departments to ensure requests are handled effectively.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues using diagnostic tools and procedures.
Collaborating with Sales and Channel Partners to support strategies and customer satisfaction.
Adapting approaches flexibly to solve problems without compromising outcomes.
Assessing and processing warranty claims for distributors.
Minimum requirements include:
At least 2+ years of customer-facing experience
Ability to manage high call/email volumes and multiple priorities
Strong communication skills
A passion for customer service, ownership, and resolution
Good collaboration skills with internal and external teams
CRM experience (preferred)
Engineering or water quality experience (preferred)
