Our hallmarks include a portfolio of iconic beverage brands— White Claw Hard Seltzer, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Olé Cocktail Co. and Más+ by Messi— alongside a collection of luxury wineries in the Okanagan Valley, notably Mission Hill Family Estate, CedarCreek Estate Winery, Martin’s Lane Winery, and CheckMate Artisanal Winery.

As Technical Product Owner – Customer Care & Social Media Technologies, you will maximize the value delivered by the team on all Customer Care, Social Media and Community Management workstreams. • Translate business product vision into tangible backlog with detailed user stories.
  • Manage critical prioritization of the backlog in conjunction with inputs from the scrum team on sizing.
  • Support the team with removing roadblocks to development (e.g., interfacing with other technical teams, coordinating extra resources).

What you have :

  • 5+ years experience in digital products mainly social paid media solutions, community management and customer care ticketing platforms.
  • 3+ years’ experience in implementing and supporting orchestration of web data (client-side and server-side) to enable paid media campaigns and conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity in implementing and troubleshooting data flows between websites, tag managers, customer data platforms and customer relationship management tools, consent managers and media platforms.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
