As Technical Product Owner – Customer Care & Social Media Technologies, you will maximize the value delivered by the team on all Customer Care, Social Media and Community Management workstreams. You will manage the product lifecycle, oversee development needs, and be responsible for the successful delivery of digital products, while partnering with the Digital Center of Excellence and other key business partners.

The typical hiring range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 annually, complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
