About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner in the AI Engineering Team.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data science teams & operation teams for defining product vision, requirement gathering & project scoping.
• Work with various teams to define roadmaps & integrated plans.
• Coordinate with architects to understand technical aspects and address security gating.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers & DevOps for Jira ticket elaboration.
• Diagnose & resolve issues across teams.
• Act as a bridge between data science, AI engineering, and business groups.
• Participate in testing phases across teams.
• Documentation: Manage documents like BRD, Technical Specification, Functional & Non-Functional requirements, global test strategy, project & release planning documents.
• Lead and participate in agile ceremonies.
• Manage product backlog and assist Scrum Master in prioritization.

Communication:

• Proactively track progress and provide updates.
• Highlight risks and share mitigation plans.
• Communicate with stakeholders at key milestones.
• Gather & share feedback from end users.

• Strong knowledge in AI, Data Science, and LLM applications.
• Proficient in Jira, Teams, and Confluence.
• Product Owner Certification (CSPO) required.
• Effective at presentations and workshops.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Good understanding of technical design and development.
• For Quebec candidates, bilingualism is required.
