About the Role

We’re hiring aTechnical Product Marketing Managerto lead the translation of DORA’s advanced AI and geoscience capabilities into powerful, technically rich content that informs, educates, and influences our most sophisticated audiences.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, R&D, and Marketing — acting as the connective tissue between our internal technical teams (AI/ML, geoscience, and engineering) and external technical stakeholders (VPs of Exploration, Principal Geologists, technical buyers, and data science partners at mining companies).

Your outputs will compound the value of every other Marketing function — powering the ABM engine with deep content, informing digital experiences with proof-rich product narratives, and equipping sales with credible technical arguments that close deals faster.

Key Responsibilities

Translate Product Innovation into Technical Narratives

  • Work closely with Product and R&D to understand the capabilities, architecture, and differentiators of DORA’s AI and mineral system models.
  • Build compelling explanations of how the platform works — from data ingestion to prediction — that establish credibility and trust with technical audiences.

Produce Research-Grade Technical Content

  • Create thought-leadership pieces, deep-dive technical explainers, and white papers that live on our website and help define the AI-assisted mineral discovery category.
  • Support our leadership and geoscience experts in articulating advanced concepts for use in keynotes, events, webinars, and executive briefings.

Enable Technical Sales and Field Teams

  • Partner with Product and Sales Enablement to develop and maintain technically accurate pitch decks, technical FAQs, and comparison matrices for advanced buyers.
  • Support the creation of asset-level demo scripts and advanced onboarding resources tailored for high-complexity deployments.

Contribute to Analyst and Partner Readiness

  • Assist in crafting technically detailed submissions for awards, partnerships, and analyst evaluations (e.g., CB Insights, Gartner-style showcases, funding decks).
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics and ABM Managers to align technical messaging with industry benchmarks, proof points, and sector-specific use cases.

Build Internal Understanding and Confidence in the Product Story

  • Lead internal technical narrative enablement — ensuring Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams understand and can speak to DORA’s differentiators with confidence.
  • Own the central documentation of our product narrative and technical messaging architecture.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5+ years in technical product marketing, solution engineering, geoscience content strategy, or related roles in AI, SaaS, or data-intensive B2B tech.
  • Experience collaborating directly with R&D, product, and engineering teams to extract, shape, and package complex technical narratives.
  • Familiarity with geoscience concepts, mineral exploration workflows, or data science in industrial settings is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to create research-level content that stands up to scrutiny from highly technical buyers or evaluators.
  • Experience supporting field enablement in an enterprise or consultative sales environment.

Skills:

  • Exceptional technical writing and storytelling abilities, especially when translating advanced concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable parsing AI/ML concepts (e.g., data embeddings, model training, feature engineering) and collaborating with data scientists.
  • Highly organized and proactive — able to own complex projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong collaboration instincts; you thrive in cross-functional teams and enjoy being a translator between disciplines.
  • Bonus: working knowledge of tools like QGIS, 3D modeling platforms, or AI visualization software is an asset.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation:$115,000 - $135,000 CAD
  • Annual performance-based bonus and stock options
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Remote work flexibility with all necessary tools provided
  • Opportunity to shape VRIFY's digital presence and user experience
  • Growth potential in a rapidly expanding AI technology company
