Summary

The Products and Services team at Bell Mobility is a motivated and talented group that works in adynamic and changing environment that touches many aspects of the wireless business. We are proudand passionate about the services and solutions we offer and work to combine our collective abilities toensure that our ideas persuade and inspire the people around us.

We are currently looking for a passionate and results oriented individual to support strategic initiativesacross the Consumer and Enterprise base reporting to the Senior Manager Network Services.

We are looking for an individual who enjoys thinking about the customer experience and who cantranslate that vision to reality working collaboratively to influence partners and stakeholders.

This new position will support a number of strategic initiatives (5G SA 3G wind down and other networkrelated files) and will work collaboratively with Technology IT legal and operational teams to plan andexecute on these key priorities. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders to operationalizedownstream activities including billing customer support network collaboration revenue managementand forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and champion the creation of projects related features and services
  • Identify business requirements and gain consensus across various teams
  • Conduct market research and competitive assessments
  • Perform business analysis and author business cases
  • Participate in strategic annual planning process
  • Interface with external partners and suppliers
  • Participate in take to market activities and proof of concepts

Critical Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations
  • Track record of excellence in strategic insight / thought leadership
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
  • Successfully manage and deliver cross functional initiatives
  • Extensive knowledge / interest in telecommunications industry in Canada or comparable market;
  • Creative and innovative with ability to work independently
  • Technically inclined with an interest and ability to understand new mobile technology and operational processes.
