This team is responsible for deploying enterprise-wide Data Science Capabilities including ML-Ops, Feature Store, and Data Quality/Lineage solutions that support our Retail Credit Risk, Climate Risk, and Data Intelligence initiatives.

What will you do?

As a Technical Product Manager on our team, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of our ML-Ops, Feature Store, and Data Quality/Lineage platform strategy
  • Work closely with Software & Data Engineering, Architecture, and Risk Modeling & Analytics teams to develop innovative data science solutions
  • Translate technical constraints into clear product requirements and specifications
  • Evaluate technical debt and prioritize engineering work to ensure optimal platform performance
  • Create detailed technical specifications and user stories with deep technical considerations
  • Take ownership of complex technical problems and develop creative solutions that balance business needs and technical constraints
  • Monitor competitive products and services to ensure our platforms remain industry-leading
  • Drive short and long-term vision for our data science platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, and other business units to understand requirements and deliver value
  • Communicate complex technical challenges and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Strong product management background with experience leading technical products that enable risk modelers, ML developers, and data engineers.
  • Deep understanding of ML-Ops, feature stores, and data quality/lineage solutions
  • Experience working with data science teams and ML model development processes
  • Technical expertise in software engineering, architecture, and development processes
  • Ability to construct short and long-term vision for technical products
  • Excellent familiarity with scalable system architecture and design principles
  • Strong data analysis skills with self-sufficiency in extracting and analyzing data
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed trade-off decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business functions

Nice-to-have

  • Technical or engineering degree, MBA or equivalent business education
  • Experience in financial services, particularly in risk management
  • Knowledge of credit risk or climate risk modeling
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Understanding of enterprise data governance and compliance
