What you’ll do


As a dedicated product professional with proven product strategy and transformation experience, you will work as part of a team to innovate on our global product strategy driving profitability based on data analysis. Working at the intersection of technology, business enablement, and customer experience, you’ll manage a strategic product portfolio including developing business cases, prioritize market requirements & product roadmap driving strategic outcomes:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from technical requirements gathering through deployment and optimization
  • Define and prioritize technical user stories, API specifications, and integration workflows
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation approaches
  • Facilitate technical alignment between acquired companies and TELUS Health cross-functional teams
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical product specifications & success criteria
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and privacy teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data and user feedback
  • Create and maintain technical product documentation, integration guides, and API documentation
Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively convey ideas to peers, executives, and external partners
  • Technical/Business Curiosity: Natural curiosity and willingness to delve into the details of a solution to own the experience as the business prime
  • Adaptability: Proven track record in balancing immediate and long-term priorities while being flexible and adaptable
  • Strategy: Define, articulate, and implement product strategy across various portfolios
  • Relationship Building: Build strong work relationships with partners across TELUS Health and external vendor partners
  • Customer Experience: Enhance engagement and improve experiences for both current and new customers
  • Key Performance Indicators: Revenue, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), Margin, Churn, Customer L2R (Likelihood to Recommend)

Great-to-haves

  • 5-7 years of experience in technical product management, preferably in healthcare technology
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with technical focus
Salary Range: $94,000-$140,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location. Additionally, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
