Job summary

Rootly is seeking a Technical Product Manager to translate customer and technical context into well-scoped requirements and partner with engineering to deliver impact. You’ll own the customer-technical relationship from onboarding to launch, tracking milestones and surfacing risks to keep delivery on time.

You will work with product, sales, and customer success to align plans, measure adoption, and feed learnings back into the roadmap for future iterations in Rootly’s outcomes-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in engineering, solutions engineering, or technical product management.
• Experience turning customer feedback into structured requirements.
• Ability read APIs and architecture diagrams to assess fit.
• Comfort with AI tool prototyping and fast iteration.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer environments and translate into clear requirements.
• Map dependencies across platform and customers.
• Collaborate with engineering to scope and sequence delivery.
• Represent customer tech perspective in planning and reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with sales and customer success.
