REMOTE ROLE

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with strong expertise in Application Security, Vulnerability Management, and Data platforms to lead the execution of a strategic product roadmap.

This role requires a highly collaborative individual who can work across engineering, security, risk, and business teams to deliver impactful, data-driven products in a complex, matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth, product ownership, and stakeholder influence to drive successful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery with stakeholders and customers to define clear product requirements and priorities.
• Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including roadmap creation, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with engineering, AppSec, and vulnerability management teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive agile product delivery, providing clear direction, prioritization, and backlog management for development teams.
• Coordinate delivery of product initiatives, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and cross-team alignment.
• Ensure alignment of product strategy with organizational goals, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Use data, metrics, and performance insights to measure product success and guide roadmap decisions.
• Support product adoption, customer engagement, and stakeholder communication across all levels.
• Communicate product progress, key outcomes, and business impact to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Manager / Technical Product Manager in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong domain expertise in one or more of the following:
• Application Security (AppSec)
• Vulnerability Management
• Data / Analytics platforms
• Solid technical background with the ability to engage deeply with engineering and security teams.
• Experience delivering products in Agile / Scrum environments across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• High attention to detail with strong ownership and execution mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience measuring and tracking product success using KPIs, metrics, and data-driven insights.
• Background in regulated industries such as Banking or Financial Services.
• Exposure to risk, compliance, and security frameworks in enterprise environments.
