About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented, and technical Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team, working out of our office in Berlin or Montreal (4+ days/week). You will play an integral role in driving the development and delivery of our revolutionary set of AI tools. As part of our small product team, you will work directly with our leadership team on product definition and prioritization, while coordinating the work of multiple engineering teams.

This position involves participating in the entire lifecycle of product development for our platform, from conception to deployment. The pace and quality of our deployments are the ultimate measures of your success. In this role you will

Get things built

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of complex software projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure our engineers can do their best work by providing context, clarity, and support
• Identify and resolve technical issues and potential roadblocks proactively

Figure out what to build

• Scope projects in collaboration with our customer-facing team
• Turn user requirements into feasible technical solutions
• Write high-quality and clear PRDs
• Help us accelerate the delivery of value to our customers

About you

• 3+ years of experience in a (technical) PM role with high ownership, preferably in a fast-paced scale-up environment
• Technical acumen (data analysis, ML, AI, LLMs) to translate product requirements into technical solutions, demonstrated by a background in software development or similar
• Proven track record of shipping innovative software from discovery to launch and beyond
