Join us to build a more rewarding financial future for all Canadians
At Neo, we’re on a mission to build a more rewarding financial future for all Canadians. Life at a rapidly expanding tech startup isn’t for everyone. It’s complex, fast-paced, high-pressure, but also incredibly fulfilling. Since its founding in 2019, Neo has gained incredible traction and is one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in Canada.
- #1 Fastest Growing Company in Canada for 2024 by Globe & Mail
- Deloitte’s Fast 50 in Canada Winner for 2023 and 2024
- LinkedIn’s Top Startup in Canada for 2022 and 2023
- Top-ranked mobile apps and credit cards
- Team of 700+ people
- 1M+ customers
- 10K+ retail partners
The Role
Neo processes millions of daily transactions—from card swipes to credit decisions to fraud checks. We’re looking for PMs who are comfortable with technical depth and product ownership. This role is about transforming messy systems into elegant products—and moving KPIs, not just meetings.
This role is perfect for someone who has owned delivery in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and is ready to push for outcomes in areas like payments, credit logic, or fraud detection.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end product domains (e.g., transaction flows, internal tools, credit pipelines, risk engines).
- Define and track metrics that matter—then use them to make tradeoffs and decisions.
- Lead technical projects with engineering, design, risk, and data.
- Navigate ambiguity and legacy behaviors to drive forward progress.
- Set the pace: execution, accountability, iteration, and learning.
Who We Are Looking For
- 5+ years total professional experience, with at least 2 in product, software engineering or design
- Product instincts and systems awareness.
- Clear communication—especially when explaining messy systems or complex tradeoffs.
- A track record of delivering in fast-paced, ambiguous domains.
- The ability to connect product changes to real-world metrics (approval rates, latency, NPS, etc.).
