What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Director, Corporate Development in identifying and evaluating corporate investment opportunities
- Lead execution of Corporate Development related transactions with cross-functional project teams
- Manage due diligence workstreams for significant transactions with third-party counterparties
- Prepare Management and Board materials related to acquisitions and divestitures
- Mentor analytical and execution support staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced business education from a nationally recognized program (MBA and/or CA, CMA, CFA)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business, preferably within the energy infrastructure segment
- Subject matter expertise in financial modeling, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shifting deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in investment banking or direct M&A considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of regulatory, accounting, taxation, and financing issues
