What do we expect from you?

The core prior experience we are looking for is hands-on eCommerce and solid knowledge of web development methodologies. Whether as a Project Manager, Digital Marketer, B2B Sales Specialist, or Business Developer with fluent English.

Familiarity with platforms such as Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Akeneo, or PimCore is highly recommended and a significant advantage, as these are systems you will frequently encounter and work with. It is important to have a technical understanding of eCommerce components and structure. Scandiweb is seeking a self-motivated individual who is driven by achieving results and strongly desires to succeed. Strong communication skills are essential, with confident skills in English and the ability to express oneself well in written, verbal, and presentation formats. Additionally, the ability to learn new frameworks, and systems, and obtain certifications is important in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Understand scandiweb's customers and identify their needs and pain points; build and maintain strong client relationships; drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Develop strategic account plans, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention; stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
  • Grow portfolio by working with inbound leads, researching networks, ecosystems, companies, industries, and individuals to uncover business objectives and opportunities; build relationships with new customers, including CTOs and CEOs of top accounts.
  • Lead daily sales activities, prepare new offers, and engage potential clients through calls; participate in all stages of the sales process for inbound and outbound leads from initial contact to solutioning.
  • Occasionally travel to Europe, the Middle East, and the US to engage with potential clients and establish connections; prepare compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Develop as a well-rounded professional by gaining cross-disciplinary expertise and staying updated on industry trends to excel as an eCommerce expert.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on eCommerce experience and solid knowledge of web development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Akeneo, or PimCore is highly recommended.
