Technical Infrastructure Project Manager

Endeavour Recruitment has an opportunity for an experienced Technical Infrastructure Project Manager. Applicants must have at least 5-10 years’ experience as a Technical Project Manager and have a recognised qualification in PRINCE2 or Agile.

This project is initially for three months and the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an Upgrade Project. The ability to use MS Project is essential, as are planning, reporting, and management skills.

Essential Technical Skills:

• Candidates must be from a Technical background
• Experience of data centre builds, moves & consolidations
• Experience in support handovers and service transition
• Experience on all major platforms: Networks, Distributed, Server, SQL, Voice & Data Telecoms
• Experience in virtualization technologies including VMware & Citrix
• Experience in storage hardware installation and implementation, EMC, VNX, Netapp
• Experience with all major operating systems: MS Windows and Linux
• Experience in infrastructure implementations & desktop refresh
• Experience in process design & re-engineering
• Experience in change & problem tool/process implementation
• Experience in ITIL disciplines
