Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting in project management, system integration, data ownership, and maintenance activities, ensuring the seamless operation of our HR Information System (HRIS) and related processes.


Responsibilities - Process Improvement and HRIS Administration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, and deliverables for HRIS projects
  • Manage HRIS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and project objectives
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements working with vendors on product updates and new releases
  • Configures system to meet ongoing business needs to support HR functions including compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of HRIS data to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement integration solutions to optimize HRIS functionality
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to recommend and implement best practices
Responsibilities - Data and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to streamline data flow and system interoperability
  • Establish report templates and generate regular and ad hoc reports
  • Support data audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data standards and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Implement and maintain data governance practices to enhance data quality and compliance
Responsibilities - User Training and Support
  • Provide training to end-users on HRIS functionality, data entry, and report generation
  • Act as a point of contact for user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support
  • Engage necessary stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues when required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HRIS project management, system integration, and data governance
  • In-depth knowledge of HR systems (preferably Dayforce) and their functionalities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

$90,000 - $110,000 a year
