What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide Tier 2 level technical or database problem resolution to customers/end users in a technical help desk function
  2. Set up, coordinate, and monitor the operation of electronic computer equipment
  3. Troubleshoot processing problems and escalate issues as necessary
  4. Install and repair microcomputer hardware and peripheral components
  5. Provide quick response and maximum uptime for all users

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Extensive work experience in a technical support role
  2. Specialized external certification in technical roles
  3. Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products
  4. Ability to analyze complex technical problems and deliver innovative solutions
  5. Experience in providing PC user support and desktop/laptop software evaluations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in a LAN environment and troubleshooting network problems
  2. Familiarity with job-scheduling software and production control processes
  3. Proven ability to train end users on new systems and software
