About the job :

• Responsible for technical planning in computing, cloud, and network domains, focusing on high-performance data exchange and network-computing-storage co-design.
• Plan technical routes and incubate breakthrough innovations to enhance the company's technical competitiveness.
• Identify technological insights from industry and academia, promote innovation acceptance within the company, and support technology investment and strategic layout.
• Collaborate with experts and product lines to implement innovative technologies into commercial products.

The base salary ranges from $190,000 to $350,000 depending on education, experience, and expertise.

Job requirements :

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in designing and researching cloud network architecture, computer architecture, or high-performance computing platforms.
• Understanding of computing/cloud systems and communication networks; experience leading large-scale R&D projects.
• Knowledge of operating systems, protocol stacks, and hardware interconnection architectures.
• Familiarity with industry and academic advancements; curiosity and insight into new technologies; ability to explore innovation opportunities.
• Knowledge of computing architecture, AI, cloud computing, storage, or related fields; cross-domain expertise preferred.
• Knowledge of accelerators like NPU, GPU, or DPU is an asset.
