  • Create technical documentation that clearly explains the functionality, use cases, and setup of each tool.
  • Write step-by-step platform usage guides and onboarding instructions for new users.
  • Develop short, clear, and engaging tutorial videos to guide users through key workflows.
  • Collaborate with product managers and analysts to gather technical and process information.
  • Ensure consistency, technical accuracy, and usability across all content formats.
  • Independently manage multiple content projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience creating technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for software or technology products.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex systems, especially low-code or no-code platforms.
  • Strong interviewing skills to extract key information from SMEs (product team, analysts).
  • Experience developing concise and polished tutorial videos and multimedia content.
  • Skilled at producing infographics, technical diagrams, and workflow visuals.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp attention to detail.
