Qualifications

• Baseball coach or director of baseball academy.
• 5+ years coaching at college level.
• Playing or coaching professionally is a plus.
• Degree in sport or recreation management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide year round technical and professional instruction.
• Mentor and oversee coaching staff at house league and competitive levels.
• Plan and execute indoor off-season programs for ages 4–18.
• Facilitate NCCP coach certification and coach development.
• Promote baseball in local schools and travel to rural areas.
• Prepare scouting packages and LTAD plans for athletes.
