This role is ideal for a hands‑on technical leader with deep AV expertise, strong people skills, and a passion for innovation.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the technical execution of virtual and live event projects from pre‑production through show close and final strike.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire in‑house technicians and freelance crews to deliver consistently exceptional results.

  • Partner with the sales team to provide technical insight, develop project estimates, and support quotes and work orders.

  • Translate creative vision into detailed production plans, including schedules, floor plans, wiring diagrams, and 3D renderings.

  • Ensure all AV equipment is show‑ready, properly packed, and aligned with each event’s technical requirements.

  • Drive continuous improvement by recommending equipment upgrades, workflow enhancements, and new technical solutions.

  • Serve as a client‑facing technical expert, representing Peak with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.

  • Remain calm and decisive in high‑stakes environments, managing last‑minute changes and tight timelines effectively.

  • Oversee show setups and strikes, ensuring clean, safe, and technically accurate installations every time.

What You Bring
  • Proven experience with audio, video, projection, lighting, video walls, and computer systems in live and virtual event environments.

  • Strong working knowledge of videoconferencing, streaming, and hybrid event technologies.

  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing onsite production delivery.

  • Exceptional multitasking and problem‑solving skills, especially under pressure.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and operational excellence.

  • Strong communication skills and a polished, professional client presence.

  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on event schedules.
