Role: Technical Delivery Lead (Telecom and OSS)
Location: Calgary, AB
Contract

• 12+ years of experience in technical delivery
• Telecom Experience is a Must Knowledge of Cable Network, OSS, BSS, TMForum API
• 5+ yrs of experience in AWS is a must
• Ability to manage complex integration projects with partners at scale
• Ability to drive conversations with customer and drive efficiencies at scale
• Ability to mentor the team and capability to technically design and navigate through challenges
• Experience of managing and handling technical teams up-to 10+ team members
• Work with the project manager to cascade important information to the team members
• Should be adept at reporting technical status of the project and highlight the main dependencies
• Ability to manage risks and define mitigation strategies for them along with the Project Manager
• Drive technical communication across various teams, vendors, stakeholders and be the technical anchor of the project
• Ability to close the open ended questions and ability to conclude and reach to logical consensus in case of technical conflicts.
• Be open minded to feedback, and help enable teams achieve maximum technical potential by creating a supportive team environment that fosters productivity.
