GUNN Consultants is a close-knit team of professionals dedicated to delivering top-quality engineering consulting services for vertical transportation (elevator/escalator) equipment to our clients.

We are seeking a solutions-driven efficiency expert to support our Project Management Teams in providing optimal service. If that sounds like you, read on!

The Role :

The Technical Delivery Coordinator (TDC) supports the office operations and assists in project success by ensuring smooth communication between clients and the project team, creating initial drafts of project documentation, monitoring project statuses, and supporting Project Managers. The TDC embodies effectiveness and efficiency through the use of GUNN best practices, reports, database management, templates, and tracking systems. Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting engineering documentation such as proposals, contracts, reports, specifications, and correspondence.
  • Editing and issuing documents.
  • Coordinating and tracking project documentation, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Assisting the engineering team with project management tasks.
  • Following up with contractors and clients to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Attending meetings and conference calls; preparing minutes.
  • Providing support for the Project Accounting and Proposal Coordinators.
  • Streamlining and documenting training and project procedures.
  • Maintaining job files and databases.
  • Routing communications efficiently.
  • Supporting the Office Administrator as needed.
  • Assisting with special projects for administrative and leadership teams.

Hours :

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation :

$42,000 - $60,000 annually, DOE. Includes comprehensive benefits, continuing education, and more:
