What is the opportunity?

Reporting to the Director, Technology & Integration Services, the Technical Consultant I will work on multiple client-facing projects to enable SaaS onboarding. You will have opportunities to utilize your communication, technical, and organizational skills to take a SaaS project from initiation to go-live. You will act as the technical go-to person for SaaS onboarding, serve as a thought leader on Zafin integration paradigms and best practices across cloud platforms, and represent client interests internally to enhance processes, product, documentation, and delivery. You will also interact with senior technical leadership on the client side, align them with solution approaches, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve project goals. Additionally, you will develop product enhancements using internal languages and scripts for performance testing.

What will you do?

• Provide hands-on development with a problem-solving mindset.
• Work with core Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Postgres, Kubernetes.
• Break down complex requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Be involved in all aspects of solution delivery, including implementation and process improvement.
• Understand the end-to-end solution of projects.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to define integration landscapes.
• Create solutions to ensure client success.
• Define the sequence of integration activities for SaaS onboarding.
• Coordinate with product teams to implement integration strategies.
• Improve project delivery and go-live time through process and documentation enhancements.
• Support cloud infrastructure and system components for integration.
• Lead issue identification, resolution, and communication within client environments.

What do I need to succeed?

Must have :

• Experience in at least one end-to-end SaaS implementation project.
• Designed scalable end-to-end integration solutions.
• Deep knowledge of data integration concepts and tools.
• Knowledge of network protocols and related paradigms.
• Understanding of security postures in integration stacks.
• Experience with API design and API-based integration.
• Familiarity with modeling tools for architecture views.
• Knowledge of SaaS integration frameworks.
• Broad experience with Azure, AWS, GCP cloud platforms and services.
• Over 5 years of application and data integration experience.
• Experience with clustering and high availability configurations.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamental certification or cloud computing knowledge.

Nice to have :

• Automation testing experience (JUnit).
• Application development in Agile environments using TDD and BDD.
