Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

You will be the subject matter expert (SME) for all National and Complex certification projects to support the Certification group's goals and objectives.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Client Consultants.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

• Provide technical and programming (client-side web technologies; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, HTTP protocols) consultation to systems integrators, third-party developers and internal Moneris teams
• Be the subject matter expert (SME) in Moneris solutions for integrators from development to post-production for multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with multiple teams on integration projects to ensure support and delivery, this includes supporting our teams with technical advisory on Moneris Gateway Solutions
• Manage Escalations by contacting merchants and identifying critical areas and engaging different teams to facilitate issue resolution.
• Integration activities managing through to deployment independently or in-collaboration with senior resources.

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in computer science, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in IT client consulting role, can read code and communicate to external partners
• 1 year of programming experience is considered an asset
• Knowledge of Java, .NET or PHP, and restful API (JSON) is a big PLUS
• Documentation and client management skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
