The Global Wealth Engineering Technology team seeks an experienced Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst to lead system architecture, integration, and optimization initiatives. The role involves technical evaluations, system design, and ensuring interoperability across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, APIs, databases, and automation frameworks, translating technical insights into business solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct system analysis and design to develop scalable solutions.
  • Develop and refine complex technical solutions using advanced methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation enhancements.
  • Utilize analytics for insights, forecasting, and strategic support.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Guide junior analysts and foster knowledge sharing.
  • Assess and optimize enterprise architectures, including cloud and on-premise solutions.
  • Design system workflows, APIs, and database structures focusing on security and performance.
  • Develop strategies for system integration using middleware, APIs, and messaging protocols like REST and SOAP.
  • Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases and implement ETL processes.
  • Act as a liaison to ensure clear communication between business and technical teams, manage incident lifecycle, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications include:
  • Extensive experience with enterprise systems, databases, cloud technologies, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, SQL, Java.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and ITIL incident management processes, and proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
