The Global Wealth Engineering Technology team seeks an experienced Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst to lead system architecture, integration, and optimization. The role involves technical evaluations, system design, and ensuring seamless interoperability between enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with enterprise architecture, cloud tech, APIs, databases, and automation frameworks, translating technical insights into business solutions.
In this role, you will:
- System Analysis & Design: Conduct detailed analyses of business and technical requirements to ensure scalable, efficient system designs.
- Technical Expertise: Develop and implement complex technical solutions using advanced methodologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives, business users, and IT teams to align solutions with organizational goals.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation and process improvements.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use analytics to extract insights, forecast trends, and support strategies.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and cybersecurity practices.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior staff and foster a collaborative environment.
- Enterprise Architecture & System Analysis: Assess and refine multi-tier architectures, including cloud and on-premise solutions.
- Solution Design: Define workflows, API interactions, and database structures focusing on scalability and security.
- System Integration: Develop integration strategies using middleware, APIs, and messaging protocols like REST and SOAP.
- Database & Data Management: Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases, and implement ETL processes.
- Incident Management: Act as liaison to analyze, classify, and resolve incidents, ensuring SLA compliance, using ServiceNow, and collaborating with development teams.
You should have:
- Technical Skills: Extensive experience with enterprise systems, databases, cloud tech, and integration frameworks.
- Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in languages such as Python, SQL, Java.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes, financial modeling, strategic planning.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex problems and propose solutions.
- Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts into business insights.
- Project Management: Experience with Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks.
- Incident Management: Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar tools, and understanding of SLAs.
