Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors, and drive Java-based microservices initiatives while ensuring clear documentation and API alignment. The role requires experience in authentication frameworks, backend development, and collaboration with product and development teams to deliver complex IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations within IAM, IT security, and ITSM tools.
• Hands-on Java development experience with microservices and APIs.
• Understanding authentication frameworks and backend development.
• Familiarity with ForgeRock, Okta, SiteMinder.
• Strong written and verbal communication for complex information.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with external vendors.
• Experience identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Experience with project management (planning and resourcing).
• Advanced MS Office for data automation and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate daily with Product and Development teams.
• Ability to write technical requirement documents and update Jira/Confluence.
• Coordinate with multiple teams; interface with senior leadership and architects.
• Understand DevOps processes.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Preferred experience working in the IT industry within operations, operational risk as it relates to Identity Access Management (IAM), network topologies, IT security/MFA (multi-factor authentication), IT systems, and/or IT Service Management [ITSM] tools.
• Should have prior experience in Java development, microservices. API understanding
• Understanding of authentication framework
• Should be aware about the backend development work
• Should be aware about the ForgeRock, Okta, Site minder etc.
• The ability to articulate, to comprehend and to communicate complex information to a diverse audience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with external vendors on complex issue resolution and task completion.
• Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
• Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
• Broad based skills with Microsoft Office tools especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel at an advanced to expert level for automation, managing, and reporting on large data sets.
• Should be able to work with Product team and development team day to day
• Able write the documents for technical requirement for developer.
• Able to update the requirements on Jira and confluence portal.
• Able to coordinate with multiple teams.
