Responsibilities :

  • Assist and support the account manager on their work team;

  • Create and update client accounts and documents;
  • Analyze insurance policies (if certified);
  • Invoice transactions;
  • Supervise the issuance, amendments, and cancellations of policies according to procedures;
  • Support, guide, and perform tasks specific to their role. team.
