On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale wireless networks
• Configure and manage authentication mechanisms (802.1x EAP-TLS & PEAP)
• Deploy, manage, and diagnose wireless networks
• Integrate different technological layers into a global architecture
• Ensure technological leadership within the project
• Validate the delivery strategy for complex projects
• Participate in solving architecture-related issues
• Supervise the project's scope evolution until delivery and adapt the strategy
• Analyze client needs and prepare documents specifying the professional services to be provided (scope of work, proposal, contract)
• Analyze and develop opportunities with an innovative mindset
• Transform technical challenges into business advantages and opportunities
• Collect data, analyze information, and formulate practical recommendations
• Prepare and produce reports and presentations
• Recommend upgrades, improvements, or technological changes to maintain the operational efficiency of the network infrastructure

Critical Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• At least seven (7) years of experience in telecommunications and networking
• Experience with Ekahau wireless design software
• Experience with active wireless network analysis
• Business acumen – Client orientation and practical experience with external clients
• Experience in a data center environment including access management, interconnections, switching hardware, and rigorous change management procedures
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills (report writing, presentation skills, etc.)
• Collaboration skills and interpersonal communication abilities
• Experience with large-scale networks and clients
• Experience with government networks and technological environments
• Consulting experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio required
• In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada

Certifications

• CCNA or CCNP (with WiFi), CWNA, CWDP, CWSP, CWNE or any other relevant WiFi certification

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
