AtkinsRéalis in Toronto is seeking a Technical and Market Development Director, Electrical for Central Canada. You will lead market growth for M&E, guide project teams, and foster client relationships across healthcare, education, defense, mission critical, and life sciences sectors.

You will drive technical excellence, oversee proposals, mentor engineers, and collaborate with regional Electrical teams nationwide to share best practices and standardize delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• CAPM or PMP designation.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical building systems design.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PEO).
• Experience with AutoCAD and BIM (Revit) is an asset.

Responsibilities

This leadership position combines strategic market development with hands-on project execution and team mentorship across various market sectors including healthcare, education, defense, mission critical, and life sciences.
