Job Title: Technical Analyst Level 2 – Client Service Delivery System (CSDS)

About the Role

The client is seeking a highly experienced Technical Analyst Level 2 to support the Client Service Delivery System (CSDS). CSDS is a critical case management system used by Mental Health and Addiction Services, as well as Public Health staff. This role involves both steady-state support and project-based development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide production support for SSRS reports and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist business teams with training and user acceptance testing.
  • Maintain and create technical documentation, standards, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL stored procedures and scripts.
  • Support application release activities and incident resolution.
  • Participate in team scrums and update knowledge documentation.
  • Perform after-hours and weekend support as required (pre-approved).

Mandatory Requirements

  • Education: University degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience:
  • 15+ years in IM/IT roles.
  • 10+ years as a Senior Programmer Analyst.

Scored Qualifications

  • 5+ years working with Provincial Health Care or Regional Health Authority applications.
  • 10+ years developing, documenting, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions.
  • 10+ years with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
  • 5+ years maintaining and creating PL/SQL stored procedures.
  • 2+ years with Java and Linux batch jobs.
  • 5+ years with SSIS and SSRS.
  • 3+ years using version control software.

Deliverables

  • Timely completion of assigned maintenance, support, and development tasks.
  • Resolution of incidents and problem management tickets.
  • Participation in application release activities and operational support.
  • Documentation updates and knowledge sharing within the team.
