Responsibilities
- Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk Solutions
- Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology
- Build, maintain and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption
- Deliver digital content via webinars for end users to promote successful adoption of Autodesk solutions
- Develop and update digital content adhering to CTS standards, addressing specific customer challenges
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Architectural, Construction and Engineering industry needs and workflows
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Civil or Construction engineering
- Expert knowledge of Autodesk Infrastructure products in a production environment
- Additional knowledge of Autodesk Platform Solutions, Dynamo, Generative design
- 5–6 years Civil & Construction or related field experience
- External public speaking/presentation skills
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and XXX, any additional European language is a plus
Desired Skills
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical details
- Knowledge of Autodesk BIM and ACC products is beneficial
- Technical consulting and/or project delivery experience with large clients
- Experience with Virtual Reality implementation
- Team player with a collaborative attitude

Position Overview
Autodesk Customer Technical Success (CTS) seeks motivated trusted advisors to help enterprise customers optimize their investments and achieve measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will have Civil Infrastructure experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale enterprise environments, working closely with major accounts across AMER. The role involves delivering professional, customized product services to maximize customer success and Autodesk solution adoption.
Responsibilities

- Demonstrate thought leadership and product expertise to help achieve customer goals
- Provide technical assistance and data-driven recommendations
- Identify opportunities for improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in a related field
- Advanced knowledge of Civil Infrastructure needs and workflows
- Expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and related workflows
- Additional knowledge of BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, Infraworks, Recap, Navisworks, 3DS Max or similar
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical details
- Enthusiasm for technology and innovation
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Flexible, decisive, self-motivated, proactive
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change, results-oriented

Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Knowledge of the Infrastructure industry in AMER
