  • Support customers during security incidents and coordinate with the Security Operations Center to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide technical guidance on threat intelligence, incident response, and platform best practices to maximize customer value.
  • Lead regular technical reviews and participate in strategic planning sessions and Quarterly Service Reviews.
  • Deliver training, documentation, and workshops to build customer awareness of product capabilities and emerging threats.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical account management, cybersecurity engineering, or support within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MDR services, incident response, and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and ISO 27001.
  • Hands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, XDR, and firewalls.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, Security+) are an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex client relationships.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to resolve issues and drive innovation.
  • Familiarity with CRM and monitoring platforms such as Salesforce and other security dashboards.
  • A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a strategic approach to delivering long-term value.
  • Comprehensive health and dental coverage.
  • Participation in company equity plan to share in organizational growth.
  • Flexible vacation and time-off policies.
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and diverse remote work environment.
  • Opportunities for professional development and ongoing training.
  • Strong culture of innovation, mutual respect, and continuous learning.
