What You'll Do
  1. Provide subject matter expertise on configuring SOTI MobiControl Mobile Device Management software to meet project deliverables, including activities such as software installation, application configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  2. Undertake Discovery Calls with customers to gather requirements for Work Orders.
  3. Complete Scope of Work documents detailing the works agreed with customers and recommending necessary SOTI products and services to enable the sales account manager to produce accurate quotations.
  4. Carry out Work Orders involving implementations, migrations, and upgrades to SOTI software remotely and on-premises, according to customer and business needs.
  5. Deliver remote and on-site training courses on SOTI software.
  6. Act as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for a small number of SOTI Enterprise Support Customers, serving as a customer advocate, point of escalation, and trusted advisor, working closely with Support colleagues to meet customer support needs.
  7. Provide feedback to the SOTI software development team for product fixes and enhancements.
  8. Assist Support and Pre-Sales teams with technical issues and participate in software quality assurance activities, including testing and documentation.
  9. Develop and improve documentation to support standard implementation and support processes.
  10. Document all Work Orders and Support Cases accurately and promptly.
  11. Log testing, troubleshooting, research, workarounds, and general information to support the knowledge base.
  12. Willingness to travel approximately 5-10%.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years in advanced technical roles (implementation specialist, technical support, solutions architect) with direct customer engagement in a complex IT environment.
  • Strong interest in mobility with solid understanding of emerging mobile technologies and working knowledge of Android, Apple, & Windows OS.
  • Excellent problem-solving, resolution, and analytical skills.
  • A quick learner capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with large enterprises.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in training diverse audiences on SOTI software (in person or remotely).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lead initiatives and complete projects successfully.
  • Experience in MS SQL scripting and administration.
  • Robust understanding of networking concepts, including SSL/TLS certificates, firewalls, and routing.
  • Windows Server administration experience, including LDAP/AD services and troubleshooting.
