Artificial Intelligence. Actual Impact.

At Docebo, we’re using AI to change how people learn at work—and we mean actually change it. We’re an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training all in one place. But our real mission goes deeper: we help teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the work that truly matters. Our platform is built with intelligent, time-saving tools that personalize learning, eliminate busywork, and turn training from a checkbox into a superpower. The result? Better experiences for learners and real results for businesses.

We’re shaping the future of learning with a team that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people–you’ll feel right at home here. And it’s not just what we build, it’s how we show up. At Docebo, our values aren’t just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive.

So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops.

The Adventure Ahead

As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll step into the spotlight as the ultimate trusted guide for our enterprise customers! Your mission is to build, deepen, and elevate high‑value customer relationships, transforming their strategic learning challenges into game‑changing Docebo platform initiatives. Acting as the technical power center between customer executives and internal teams, you will champion platform performance and ensure every customer becomes a thriving, lifelong partner in the future of AI‑driven learning.

The Day-to-Day
  • Architect the Strategy: Translate complex customer business goals and eLearning objectives into long-term, cutting‑edge technical strategies leveraging the full power of the Docebo ecosystem.

  • Champion the Relationship: Take full technical ownership of your assigned enterprise accounts, partnering closely with the Account Team to drive active customer growth and remove any roadblock standing in the way of success.

  • Deliver Executive Impact: Deliver high‑visibility presentations on platform SLAs and performance to customer C‑suites, advocating for your clients internally while shaping operational excellence.

  • Innovate and Guide: Serve as a proactive advisor guiding customers through platform innovations, emerging AI/automation features, and release readiness to optimize platform health and API workflows.

  • Solve Before It Strikes: Continuously monitor platform health metrics—from API usage and custom modules to session trends—to spot and mitigate technical risks long before they impact the business.

  • Drive Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Premium Advisors and internal product teams to run proof‑of‑concept pilots, analyze support trends, and troubleshoot critical customer events in real-time.

Your Superpowers
  • Proven SaaS Expertise: 5+ years of hands‑on technical troubleshooting experience combined with 2+ years navigating enterprise‑level SaaS account management.

  • Tech‑Savvy Foundation: A solid grip on front‑end web tech (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, RESTful APIs) and core back‑end identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, SSO).

  • Data & Integration Wizardry: Hands‑on strength in at least two key technical domains: iPaaS tools (Workato, Zapier), executing custom SQL queries, or querying BI/Data Warehouse solutions (Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Domo).

  • Master Communicator: Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business value, effortlessly tailoring messages for everyone from developers to executive decision‑makers.

  • Organized & Proactive Leader: A project management mindset with a penchant for analytical problem‑solving, risk mitigation, and advising on smart operational workarounds.

  • Global Flexibility: Comfortable traveling internationally up to 25% of the time to meet customers where they are.

Bonus Points
  • Cloud Certified: Holding an official AWS Product Certification.

  • Domain Veteran: Prior experience consulting or working within the e‑Learning, Learning Management System (LMS), or HCM industries.

  • Scale Specialist: Hands‑on background advising on high‑level platform performance, uptime optimization, and enterprise scalability.
