The Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven and technically adept Technical Account Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and drive new business growth.This is a full-cycle sales role.You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, understanding their critical security challenges, and demonstrating how the Agilicus platform is the definitive solution.

You will own the entire sales process, from the initial discovery call to the final commercial close. Your unique blend of technical expertise in and proven sales acumen will be critical to our success and your own.

What You'll Do
  • Own the Sales Cycle:Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification and follow-up to negotiation and closing new business to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead Technical Discovery:Conduct in-depth discovery calls with prospects to uncover their specific pain points, operational needs, and security gaps within their industrial environments.
  • Deliver Compelling Demonstrations:Perform engaging and customised product demonstrations that clearly articulate the technical and business value of the Agilicus platform.
  • Drive to Close:Develop proposals, manage contract negotiations, and commercially close deals, building a strong pipeline of new and expansion revenue.
  • Become a Trusted Expert:Act as the primary technical and commercial resource for prospects, expertly answering questions, handling objections, and positioning Agilicus as the superior solution.
  • Bridge the IT/OT Gap:Translate the needs of operational technology engineers (e.g., reliability, safety) and information technology security teams (e.g., policy, compliance) into a compelling, unified value proposition.
  • Pipeline Management:Meticulously manage and track all sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in our CRM.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven Sales Experience:2+ years in a quota-carrying technical sales role (e.g., Account Executive, Sales Engineer, Cyber security Sales Specialist) with a demonstrated track record of exceeding targets.
  • Cyber security Foundation:Strong understanding of modern cyber security principles, especially Zero Trust Network Access, Identity and Access Management , Single-Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and network security (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls).
  • Industrial Knowledge:Demonstrable experience or strong familiarity with industrial environments and concepts. This is a key requirement.
  • Familiarity with terms like SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and data historians.
  • Understanding of the Purdue Model for industrial network segmentation.
  • Awareness of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC-UA, CIP, EtherNet/IP) is a significant plus.
  • Knowledge of industry standards like NIST CSF or IEC 62443 is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills:The ability to command a room, build rapport, and persuasively communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Sales Acumen:Expert-level skills in prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and closing.
  • CRM Proficiency:Experience using a CRM
  • Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
