Responsibilities:

• Lead the team responsible for testing products and gathering data for reviews, ensuring quality standards are upheld.
• Coaching the team in applying proper testing philosophies.
• Provide insightful training and meaningful challenges to help grow team members' careers.
• Help guide team through collaborative efforts and communicate with other departments.
• Foster a culture of open feedback, ensuring clear communication of performance expectations and goals; give performance evaluations.
• Handle the day-to-day workload and resource planning for your team to accomplish department goals.
• Future planning for the team and identifying risks early; take proactive action.
• Ensure consistent application of company-wide and testing processes.

Qualification/Experience:

• DEC or equivalent degree; technical or management focus a strong asset.
• 3-5 years of working experience as a technician, QA, or in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Knowledge/passion and curiosity for technology, consumer products, and electronics.
• Good at analyzing and contextualizing data to validate team quality output.
• Good at problem-solving and decision-making.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and French.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
