Job summary

Connect Society seeks an experienced educator to deliver literacy-focused classes for Deaf adults, with sessions scheduled Oct 2026 through May 2027 (Tuesdays – once a month). The position offers pay between $28 and $37 per hour, dependent on experience.

  • Technical & Delivery Skills: can tech classes either online or in person.
  • Communication: Fluent in ASL, written English and general communication skills, especially in diverse, multi-ability environments.
  • Interpersonal: Strong patience, understanding, and ability to work respectfully with individuals from various cultural backgrounds and abilities.
