Orium is seeking a Tech Lead for Order Management Systems to blend coding, architectural oversight, and strategic leadership in delivering scalable solutions for retail clients across North America and Europe. This role demands strong experience in backend development, particularly with Fluent OMS, and offers a flexible work environment with various professional development opportunities.
As a Tech Lead - OMS at Orium, you’ll blend hands-on coding, architectural oversight, and strategic influence to shape large-scale Order Management System (OMS) and Point of Sale (POS) solutions for enterprise retailers across the Americas and Europe. You’ll operate in a cloud-native, serverless environment and guide a cross-functional squad to success - championing scalability, performance, and seamless integrations across complex digital commerce ecosystems.
You’ll act as a technical authority and trusted partner, contributing to the architecture and delivery of composable commerce OMS and POS, while mentoring team members and collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver value at scale.
