Is it you were looking for
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee our local engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of engineering experience with at least 2-3 years leading teams in a B2B SaaS environment. This is a critical role that will help us scale our engineering organization across product technology and internal operations as we continue to grow.
What Youll Do :
Lead high-impact high-stakes projects involving multiple engineers and cross-functional teams.
Design and implement efficient systems by implementing important product features and broad technical changes.
Improve engineering practices by impacting collaboration between teams and enhancing product development cycles.
Mentor and grow the engineering team by providing technical guidance career development and leadership support (more details in this article ).
Drive hiring and talent development by contributing to the recruitment process improving technical assessments and shaping the candidate experience.
Foster a strong engineering culture by encouraging knowledge sharing best practices and technical excellence.

Strong track record of leading complex projects and aligning engineering efforts with business goals.
Proven experience in mentoring and developing engineers at various levels.
Passionate about building products.

Fluent in English (no need to speak French!).
