Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Application Development to steer a team in designing and delivering software applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and provide technical guidance while ensuring coding standards and test practices are followed.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, lead code reviews, and troubleshoot complex issues as they arise. Hybrid work in Canada is supported with a strong focus on AI-enabled projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in engineering or IT fields and related certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, data science concepts and Python for data analysis.
• Microsoft Azure and Power Platform certifications are desirable.
• Experience with software development life cycle and QA practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in design, development, and implementation of software applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
