Formación

• Currently enrolled in a formal internship or co-op in General Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with VBA is an asset.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and maintenance.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Respond to system problems by analyzing the issue and determining the next course of action.
• Provide system training to end users.
• Gather and document business requirements by engaging with business partners.
• May have the opportunity to develop and maintain various business processes.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes to meet cost, quality, and delivery.
• Work under close supervision; later work autonomously with more complex duties.
