Job summary

Celestica Inc. is offering a 16-month Student Intern position in Toronto for the Communications Enablement team within Business Excellence. The role focuses on supporting change management, communications, and project management activities, with exposure to data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Start date is May 2027, location at 5140 Yonge Street, Toronto. University internship program required.

  • Interest or experience in communications, writing, journalism, and/or video stories.

Maintain PMO tools, processes and templates

Support management of project portfolio via internal toolsets and reports and provide metrics, reports and dashboards related to projects and programs

Collect data for project KPI reporting as well as project trend analysis

Manage and document regular project reporting meetings

Physical Demands, duties of this position are varied and will include:

Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.

Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.

Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.

The hourly wage is determined by the years of study completed and is non‑negotiable as per company policy.

Hourly Wage: $23-30 CAD/hr

Experience: No Formal Experience Required.

Education: Currently enrolled in a University internship program and have completed their 2nd or 3rd year of studies. This role is ideal for students who are enrolled in a Business/Commerce, HR, Marketing or Communications University program. Students must be intending to return to school at the end of the internship. Please provide a copy of your transcript with your application.
