Specifics:

1. Create and maintain high-quality PowerPoint decks and visuals that support executive storytelling.
2. Work across MS365, Asana, and SharePoint to coordinate, track, and communicate project activities.
3. Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to surface insights and visualize priorities.
4. Manage project artifacts, status updates, and communication flows with attention to detail.
5. Support procurement and vendor coordination by organizing information and timelines.
6. Assist in technology governance processes including security reviews, intake, and cross-functional coordination.
7. Maintain clean, organized shared resources to support operational visibility and onboarding.
8. Document key decisions, next steps, and summaries for senior stakeholders in a visually digestible way.
9. Help deliver our internal communication strategy for technology initiatives through decks, roadmaps, and visual tools.
10. Identify opportunities to automate or improve workflows through better structure and design.
11. Automate repetitive tasks and drive efficiencies.
12. Develop and maintain metrics and scorecards.
13. Develop and support strategic plans and projects to meet technology goals and objectives.

Required Experience

1. 1-3 years of experience in consulting, private equity, investment banking, or other quantitative roles.
2. Undergraduate degree required, preferably in business, finance, engineering or other quantitative disciplines.
3. Experience with asset managers or financial institutions is considered an asset, but is not required.
