London Drugs is seeking a TECH Specialist to help customers with Computers, Audio Visual Equipment, Mobile Phones, Electronics and Photo equipment. You will be a trusted expert, guiding shoppers to the best tech solutions and delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Responsibilities include advising clients, staying current on new products, attending seminars, handling inventory, and maintaining a professional storefront presence in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Provide advice on products, services and store promotions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment including evenings and weekends.
• Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, employees and management.
• Maintain a professional image reflecting the London Drugs brand.
• Past experience selling Computers, Audio Visual Equipment, Mobile Phones or Photo/Electronics.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on products and services across Computers, AV and Photo/Electronics.
• Position London Drugs as a destination for trusted tech experts.
• Provide quality service in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Stay up to date on new technology and attend product knowledge seminars.
• Perform inventory counts, merchandize and maintain a professional image.
