Capgemini is looking for a Teamcenter PLM Administrator for a Remote position in Canada. Join a team driving innovation at a prominent global consulting and technology company.

Your Role

  1. Support deployments of various Teamcenter packages including patches and upgrades to the core of the application.
  2. Configure interfaces/integrations of third-party tools with Teamcenter.
  3. Maintain the system integrity by performing hardware and software monitoring, analysis and system tuning.
  4. Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups.
  5. Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access. Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses.
  6. Support Teamcenter servers on Windows and Linux OS.
  7. Perform and support client-side application software installation, and configuration of the Teamcenter PLM Rich Access Client (RAC) and Active Workspace (AWC).
  8. Provide troubleshooting support using both client and server logs.
  9. Work independently and as part of a team. Attend and contribute during collaboration meetings for new requirements, troubleshooting, monitoring, and server-side support.
  10. Assist with documenting processes and procedures and keep documentation updated.

Your Skills and Experience

  1. At least 7 years of continuous Teamcenter administration experience.
  2. Strong scripting skills on Windows and Linux systems.
  3. Proficient in setting up and configuring Teamcenter 4Tier module servers.
  4. Strong knowledge of Teamcenter multisite configuration.
  5. Experience with Teamcenter deployment processes and steps.
  6. Skilled in preparing, testing, and deploying Teamcenter packages on Windows and Linux, including upgrades and patches.
  7. Strong troubleshooting skills for server issues and remediation.
  8. Experience in performing systems administration tasks on both server and client sides.
  9. Knowledge of Teamcenter utilities and their usage.
  10. Ability to support after-hours critical incidents and provide full support for resolution.
  11. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver results on time.
  12. Strong customer focus and communication skills.
  13. Flexible to work weekends and on-call support.
  14. Ability to work independently and research new technologies.
