Job summary

All Tilt & Load is seeking an on-site driver with 1–2 years of experience and an AZ license. You will operate and convoy trucks, plan routes, load/unload cargo, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspection, cargo security, and handling permits for international routes. This position demands reliability, judgement, and the ability to manage a heavy workload in a demanding trucking environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years of driving/trucking experience.
• AZ class license is required.
• Valid driving record and GPS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Plan or adjust routes using GPS to minimize fuel and emissions.
• Coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques.
• Arrange travel, itineraries and reservations.
• Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy.
• Drive lighter, special purpose trucks.
• Load and unload goods.
• Obtain permits and documents for international routes.
• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport cargo.
• Inspect vehicle condition, tires, lights and brakes.
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspections.
• Receive and relay information to central dispatch.
• Record cargo information, hours of service and distance traveled.
• Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo.
